Opelika Community Theatre is gearing up for a busy fall season with programs for all ages. Registration is now open for the new O-ACT Academy S.T.A.G.E. Pathways Youth Theatre Program, featuring flexible scheduling, affordable tuition, and student-selected productions, as well as an Adult Acting Class beginning September 9 and the free C.A.S.T. (Creative Aging Senior Theatre) program for older adults beginning September 16. OCT is also recruiting Artists, Mentors, and Volunteers for its free Penguin Project®, a nationally recognized theatre program serving individuals with special needs, with informational outreach events on August 9 and 16.
