Store Manager

Position Overview: As a store manager, you will be the key contributor for

driving sales and reaching monthly sales goals. Responsible for managing team,

store requirements, scheduling, intake of new merchandise, merchandising,

customer service, run of cash register, produce social media content , etc.

- They will be a jack of all trades, who has an entrepreneur mindset.

- Need to make effective decisions on their own with the greater good in

mind for the entire business.

- Provide outstanding customer service.

- Able to make decisions that directly impact the bottom line; including

sales, loss prevention, and the success of Lily Jane Boutique.

- This person identifies as the face of the store for all places including but

not limited to social, website, and attending community events.

- Manage all social media platforms – creating engaging photos, videos,

reels, lives, and try-on’s.

- Willingness to travel to trade shows with owner. Therefore a need to

manage inventory levels for profit.

Position Specifics:

- This position is full-time, in person, and paid with salary.

- Health benefits and retirement are not included at this time.

- Potential monthly bonuses based on sales results.

- Tuesday – Friday 10am – 6 pm with additional responsibilities that come

as a manager.
