The Senior Director of Integrated Services oversees Event Restroom Trailers, Event Ice, and Skylink. This role is responsible for strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and team management within the division.

Key Responsibilities

Division Oversight:

• Develop strategies to grow the Integrated Services division.
• Ensure seamless integration of services across all offerings.

Team Leadership:

• Manage Account Managers, Operations team within Integrated Services.
• Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Financial Management:

• Oversee budgeting and financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.

Service Quality:

• Maintain high standards for all services provided.
• Implement processes to improve service delivery.

Innovation:

• Identify opportunities for new services or improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience with asset management and logistical planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
