About Us:

We are a financial advisory firm specializing in working with business owners, individuals, and families. Our mission is to provide personalized financial planning, tax planning, estate planning, investment management, and Risk Management / Asset Protection with an exceptional level of care. We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented assistant to join our team and help us deliver white-glove & red carpet service to our valued clients.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting clients and making them feel comfortable.
Answering and directing phone calls.
Scheduling appointments.
Managing emails and basic client communications.
Assisting with printing and organizing appointment documents.
Maintaining records and data entry.
Organizing the office, including filing and stocking supplies.
 
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar client service role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a polished and professional manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technology.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and provide white-glove service.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and delivering a premium client experience.
 
Job Types: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
