Production Assistant

The Production Assistant supports the execution of large and small-scale events within the Sports & Entertainment Division and may assist with the Events & Venues Division as needed. This part-time role involves aiding in event setup, coordination, and breakdown, ensuring events run smoothly and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Setup and Teardown:

  • Assist with the physical setup of event spaces, including equipment, staging, lighting, and décor.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly dismantled and stored after events.

On-Site Coordination:

  • Provide logistical support during events.
  • Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and performers to ensure seamless execution.

Equipment Management:

  • Handle event equipment and supplies responsibly.
  • Perform basic maintenance checks and report any issues.

Cross-Division Assistance

  • Support the Events & Venues Division as needed.
  • Adapt to various event types and requirements.

Guest Interaction:

  • Interact professionally with clients and attendees.
  • Provide assistance and information as required.

Adherence to Protocols:

  • Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in safety briefings and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in event production, entertainment, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong physical stamina; ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required.
  • Basic understanding of audio/visual equipment is advantageous.

Pay: $15 per hour + Tips and Gratuity
