Sales Associate. The successful candidate will need customer service skills and be able to multi task. Our ideal hire would be able to perform all aspects of sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by training and helping the customer find the correct product for their needs. Learning the products and providing feedback to customers and management.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent sales and service techniques. This involves working with the customers one on one in the store and on the phone. Closing sales by invoicing, processing payments and or financing the sale.
• Assist with store administration to help ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Inventory management. Receiving orders and verifying correctness of product received, and unloading trucks.
• Deliver products or manage delivery of the products.
• Report on customer needs, sales numbers, stock levels.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Deal with issues that arise from our customers and staff. (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Be a example of good behavior and high performance.
