  • Collaborate with property managers to increase tenant and owner retention and develop a tenant referral program 
  • Assist agents with annual gifts or partner appreciation

 First Realty is a trusted name in residential and commercial real estate in the Auburn-Opelika area. With three branches—Property Management, Commercial Services, and Residential Brokerage—our team is dedicated to delivering protection, guidance, and convenience to property owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers across Lee County.

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead and manage brand efforts across all three branches of the business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing who enjoys a mix of digital strategy, content creation, event marketing, and community engagement. You’ll report directly to First Realty’s Co-Owners/Broker and collaborate closely with agents, property managers, and local partners.




Key Responsibilities

Brand Management & Strategy

Maintain a cohesive brand presence across Property Management, Commercial, and Brokerage divisions

Execute launch strategies for new services, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns

Coordinate cross-promotion and strategic alignment between business branches

Digital Marketing & Content

Manage and update websites (WordPress for Management, Wix for Brokerage)

Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and print collateral using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva

Create and schedule social media content (Facebook and Instagram) for Management and Brokerage

Build and manage email campaigns via Flodesk (quarterly for Management, monthly for Brokerage)

Monitor and manage online reviews across all branches; update website testimonials bi-annually

Event Marketing & Community Engagement

Coordinate First Realty’s presence at events like Camp War Eagle, housing fairs, and Chamber functions

Organize and attend local sponsorship events; manage promotional item inventory

Support agent initiatives including annual gifts and client appreciation

Partnership Development

Nurture and develop local business relationships within the housing, real estate, and property service industries

Seek opportunities for collaborative marketing efforts that support shared audiences

Creative Collaboration & Retention Support

Coordinate or capture property photography

Collaborate with property managers to improve tenant/owner retention and build a tenant referral program

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related field

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or small business marketing

Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Experience managing websites (WordPress, Wix) and email marketing platforms (Flodesk preferred)

Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills

Comfortable attending events and working occasional evenings/weekends as needed

Familiarity with the Auburn-Opelika area is a plus
