- Ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and quality.
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
- Restocking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and equipment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain focus in a busy kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and communication skills
