Tremendous Opportunity!  An established Allstate Agency is seeking an experienced Life Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. Our Allstate Agency has a large customer base with very little life policies; which opens a tremendous lucrative opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional.

What You’ll Do

• Contact warm leads, referrals, and past customers through outbound calls
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate coverage solutions
• Prepare, explain, and present insurance quotes to prospective customers
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers by phone, text, and email
• Track daily activity and work toward established sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes in the agency CRM
• Assist existing customers with policy changes, renewals, and service needs as appropriate

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum of 2 years of life insurance sales experience required
• Professional phone presence with strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls, asking thoughtful questions, and handling objections
• Positive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to remain motivated throughout the day
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow a structured sales process
• Prior call-center or customer-facing sales experience preferred

Licensing

• Active Alabama and/or Georgia Life Insurance License required
