We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Property, Casualty and Life Insurance Representative to join our team. This full‑time position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is looking for a long‑term career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, other P& C items and Life insurance needs
• Provide quotes, explain coverage options, and recommend appropriate policies
• Handle outbound follow‑ups, and email/text communication
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines
• Build strong customer relationships and support retention efforts
• Contribute to team goals through consistent daily activity and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty License and Life and Health License (preferred; not required if willing to obtain)
• Prior insurance, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working with technology, quoting systems, and CRM tools
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
