Part-Time or Full Time – Base + Commission

Location: Opelika, AL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST
Compensation: Base pay + performance bonuses

About the Role

Tremendous Opportunity!  An established Allstate Agency is seeking an experienced property and casualty licensed producer to join our team. The agent will make outbound calls, build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and guide prospects through quotes for Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, RV, Boat and Personal Umbrella policies.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and past customers
• Ask discovery questions to understand coverage needs
• Prepare and present insurance quotes
• Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
• Track daily activity and meet achievable sales goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency CRM
• Support customers with policy changes and renewals as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong, natural phone presence with clear communication
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
• Positive attitude and ability to stay motivated throughout the day
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Organized and able to follow a structured sales process
• Prior sales or call‑center experience is helpful but not required

Licensing

• A Property & Casualty license is required
