SPA DEL’s culture is to provide an environment where each person is valued for their abilities and contributions. As part of our family, you are a SPA Ambassador I/II/III (groomer) and it will be your mission to provide the highest quality in breed appropriate cuts and styles, nail cutting, Dremel®, bathing, brushing, de-shedding, blow outs, ear cleaning, express anal glands, etc.

SPA DEL is equipped with state-of-the art grooming equipment to ensure safety, health, and wellness. All grooming tubs and tables are large and equipped with electric lifts. We use Pride and Groom grooming products (nationally recognized) and a Prima Bathing System. Your workplace ensures bright natural light and a HVAC system designed to provide the high quality of air filtration.

Compensation Structure:

- SPA Ambassador I: 50:50 Commission Structure for 1 year of grooming experience with proven solid skill set

- SPA Ambassador II: 55:45 Commission Structure for 1 - 2++ years of grooming experience and proven superior skill set

- SPA Ambassador III: 55:45 Commission Structure plus Hourly Rate for groomer who also trains for the the SPA DEL Grooming Academy

Work Requirements:

· Drug Free Work Environment

· Random Drug Testing

· Pre-employment live groom with SPA Partner Ambassador (grooming manager) and review of prior grooming portfolio to include photos and reviews

· Supply own grooming tools

· Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time

· Willingness to teach others

· Capable of managing, controlling and ensuring safety of our Guests (dogs)

· Patient, friendly, and out-going

· Excellent professional verbal communication skills

· Team player with other SPA DEL Ambassadors

· Must be 18 years or older for role with reliable transportation
