The Director of Human Resources oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Align HR initiatives with company goals.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Oversee the recruitment process for all full-time positions.
• Ensure effective full-time onboarding programs.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations and handle grievances.

Performance Management:

• Implement performance appraisal systems.
• Support managers in employee development.

HR Administration:

• Maintain HR records and manage HRIS.
• Oversee benefits administration.
• Payroll
• Potentially conduct and process payroll, depending on qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification preferred.
• 7+ years of HR management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and legal requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and HR analytics.
