This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s full range of roofing services.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to develop and maintain partnerships across a variety of industries. This individual will play a key role in expanding MJR Solutions’ presence while ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients
• Promote services including inspections, maintenance, repairs, and full roof replacements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
• Represent MJR Solutions within the community and at networking events
• Assist clients with long-term roofing plans, including asset management and budget forecasting
