We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Receptionist) to complete our team! Our CSR's are the face of the hospital. You would be responsible for helping clients and their pets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer care utilizing a multi-line phone system to schedule appointments, answer service and product questions, and assist in prescription refills
• Provide information about the products and services we provide
• Update client information and patient medical records, admit and discharge patients
• Process payments
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Triage incoming appointments

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or in veterinary medicine
• Ability to build rapport with clients and their pets
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Energetic and professional
• Diligent
• Computer savvy
