PepperTree Steaks 'N Wines is looking for a part-time & full-time Customer Service Representative to join their driven team. While experience is preferred, it is not required. 

The Customer Service Representative at our restaurant is responsible for efficiently processing customer purchases, accurately accepting and relaying food orders, promoting and selling giftware and wines, and maintaining well-stocked and organized merchandise displays. This role demands a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will provide prompt and courteous service, ensuring each customer has a positive experience, while also supporting the overall operations of the store by managing inventory and assisting with product displays. Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in a retail or restaurant setting, is preferred.
