We’re a fast growing construction company looking for an experienced Construction Office Manager who enjoys being part of a tight-knit, collaborative team. If you take pride in keeping things organized, and helping a company run smoothly, you’ll fit right in here.
This role is ideal for someone who values communication, teamwork, schedules, and being a reliable support system for both the office and the field.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep the office running smoothly so our crews can focus on building
- Work closely with project managers, owners, and field staff
- Handle invoicing, A/R, A/P, payroll coordination, and job tracking
- Manage contracts, permits, insurance certificates, and compliance paperwork
- Be a go-to resource for team members and help keep everyone aligned
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of office management experience in a construction related field
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and office operations
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or construction software (Buildertrend, Procore, etc.)
- *Comfortable with learning new technology and software*
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- A team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
