We specialize in the installation and integration of high-end AV equipment, and we're looking for a dedicated and organized Warehouse Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing inventory, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient logistics for audio-visual equipment.


Job Description:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the safe storage and timely delivery of audio-video equipment, and supporting our installation teams. You will work closely with other departments to ensure inventory is well-maintained, shipments are accurate, and projects are delivered on time.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the organization and management of warehouse operations, including the receiving, storing, and shipping of equipment.

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.

Manage stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.

Ensure the safe handling of sensitive and valuable AV equipment.

Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and ensuring productivity standards are met.

Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Perform regular inventory audits and assist with stocktaking processes.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Coordinate repairs and returns of faulty or damaged equipment.


Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in warehouse management or related field (experience in the AV or electronics industry a plus).

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.

Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical work.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected challenges.

Forklift certification is a plus.

A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
