• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the gym.
• Ensure that the front desk staff delivers excellent customer service and maintains gym cleanliness.
• Help manage member check-ins, handle inquiries, and address member concerns.
• Maintain sales quotas, including membership sales, personal training, and retail products.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures.
• Handle scheduling and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives and member engagement events.
• Manage inventory for vending, supplies, and promotional materials.
• Support in managing financial tasks, such as cash handling, reports, and audits.
• Address any staffing or member issues promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience in management, preferably within the fitness or retail industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Experience in sales and meeting quotas.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and reliability.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and gym management software is a plus.
• Athletics/Fitness background is a big plus (please list your experience, if any)
