We’re looking for an energetic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional experiences for our members.

Job Description:

As the Assistant Manager of our coworking space, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations and overall success of our facility. You will work closely with the Space Manager to ensure that our coworking space runs smoothly, efficiently, and remains a vibrant community hub. This position requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for creating an exceptional environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective members. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Operations Management: Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening locations daily, facility maintenance, equipment management, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and execute member events, workshops, and networking functions that promote community engagement and professional development.
  • Sales and Marketing: Support marketing initiatives to attract new members. Conduct tours, provide information about membership options, and assist with onboarding new members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as processing membership agreements and maintaining a standard of excellence in organization.
  • Team Support:Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations with a flexible mindset.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Previous experience in a management or customer service role, preferably within a coworking space or similar environment (hotel, library, community space, gym, restaurants, etc.)
    • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to handle various tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Workspace) and familiarity with coworking space management software is a plus but not required.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
    • Education:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, hospitality management, or experience in a related field is a plus.
