We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our background check processing operations. This role involves handling applications, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting with billing and record management. The ideal candidate will be dependable, efficient, and comfortable working with sensitiveinformation while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Print and review background check applications for completeness and
accuracy
- Verify application details and ensure all required information is
properly documented
- Process and track incoming paperwork and electronic records
- File and organize documents in both physical and digital filing
systems
- Assist with billing and invoicing for completed background checks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company
procedures
- Communicate with team members to resolve missing or incorrect
information
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills including email, document management, and
spreadsheets
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred but not
required
Work Environment:
