The Opelika Chamber is excited to partner with Flawless Delivery to bring our community a hands-on customer service certification course designed for today’s workforce. This 20-hour training, held over two days and one evening, focuses on building the communication and engagement skills that turn everyday interactions into exceptional customer experiences.

Through interactive activities, role play and team-building exercises, participants will gain practical tools to communicate more effectively, resolve conflict, and confidently deliver authentic service.

  • Day 1 Training - Monday, March 23 I 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Day 1 Reception - Monday, March 23 I 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Day 2 Training and Graduation - Tuesday, 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM
