Conversations With Your Candidates

The Opelika Chamber, in partnership with the League of Women Voters of East Alabama, is hosting "Conversations With Your Candidates" on Tuesday, August 12th from 5:30–8:00PM at the Opelika Center for the Performing Arts (1700 Lafayette Parkway, Opelika, AL). 

From 5:30–6:30PM, attendees can visit candidate tables to meet each candidate and ask questions directly. 

At 6:30PM, the Candidate Forum will begin, where each candidate will have four minutes to share who they are, their priorities if elected, and their goals and vision for their ward or for the city. No questions will be asked during this portion, but citizens are encouraged to submit questions ahead of time at the link below, which will be shared with candidates prior to the event. 

This event is free, open to the public, and will be live streamed by the Opelika Chamber.
